Yoga

I am a 200-hr Kundinyasa Yoga Teacher and dedicated yogi with a strong personal practice and seven years of experience. In my daily life, I am committed to self-awareness and growth. My sincere desire is to share this knowledge and the tools that I have acquired along this journey. I have a passion for meditation, pranayama and mantra and love to weave these elements throughout my classes. I keep a watchful eye over my students during class to safeguard their bodily integrity and offer adjustments with respect and compassion.
It is my belief that yoga works on a much deeper level than just the physical poses. I personally went through a huge physical and emotional transformation after committing to my 9 month teacher training. I was able to rehabilitate repetitive knee and shoulder injuries, while also discovering my own inner light and beauty beneath layers of worry, doubt and insecurity. Now, I am eager to share this transformative power with the world. I love to help people reconnect with their bodies and remember that they are in control of their minds.
About Kundinyasa Yoga
Kundinyasa is a fusion of Kundalini Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa. The Vinyasa element focuses more on body alignment and sequencing in addition to stretching and strengthening the body preparing it to handle the higher frequencies of energy cultivated through the Kundalini Yoga Kriyas. Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, incorporates postures, movement, breath, meditation and sound to help you relax, strengthen and heal your whole Self - body, mind and spirit. Kundalini Yoga is energizing and elevating, with a focus on balancing the chakras. Everyone can practice Kundalini Yoga, regardless of your age or fitness level.

"The study of asana is not about mastering posture.
It's about using posture to understand and transform yourself."
